Backstop for a lost Helius delivery. Each run compares every ledger MOVEUSD token account's on-chain balance with the stored one, and diffs on-chain signatures for accounts with a mismatch or with stored activity since the last run. Each missing transaction goes through the Helius consumer, which stores it and publishes balanceUpdated (at-least-once). A filled gap logs helius.signature.gap, which alarms.
This schedule doesn't exist in Temporal. It never runs.
